Specialist support for your wellbeing
We know that finding work can be tough, especially if you are managing other challenges. Because ConnectU is a partnership between Communities 1st and Mind in Mid Herts, we can support both your career goals and your mental wellbeing.

If you are managing a mental health condition or feeling anxious about returning to work, our Employment Support Workers can help you:

  • Build Confidence and self-esteem
  • Access Volunteering opportunities to gain experience in low-pressure environments
  • sustain employment if you are currently working but having difficulties
  • overcome barriers through a person-centred approach

Thursdays: Drop-in sessions, 10am - 3pm
