Budgeting

Working out exactly what you are earning and spending using tools like a budget planner. We can help you gather the right documents, such as bank statements and payslips, to clearly understand your budget and identify where you might be able to cut costs.

Managing Debt

Helping you prioritise urgent debts like housing or council tax, and contacting the organisations you owe money to. We can assist you in agreeing on a manageable plan to reduce payments, pause fees, or get more time to pay.

Household Bills

Finding out what help you can get with priority bills like your energy, water, rent, and council tax. We can also explore local council support, such as the Household Support Fund, to assist with essential items.

Overdrafts & Loans

Helping you negotiate with your bank to manage overdraft fees and work out repayment plans. If you are considering borrowing, we can guide you on checking affordability and ensuring lenders are safely registered with the Financial Conduct Authority
