  • One-one-support
  • Mental health in employment
We work in a person-centred way, meaning we listen to what you need rather than telling you what to do. Our support is focused on prevention, social support, and recovery.

1:1 Support and Counselling

Sometimes you just need a confidential space to be heard. We offer individual support to help you make sense of life experiences, relationship difficulties, or general anxiety.

If you are unable to get to a centre, we can meet you in the community. This might be a chat in a local coffee shop or a walk in the park. We focus on practical and emotional support to help you through your journey.
